Mindfulness and Self Compassion Silent Retreat is a day long silent retreat meant to help restore and recharge the mind and body. We will engage in a variety of mindfulness and compassion based practices to focus on creating stability, ease, calm and a sense of care for ourselves. Gentle mindful movement in a chair or standing will also be offered. We will create a container of supportive silence for the day to be immersed in practice. The teachers will offer guidance for all practices.
